Mr. Sombilon has over 2 decades of experience in Real Estate and Asset Management where he led the management and servicing of receivables and real estate assets (ROPOAs) with a total of USD 216 Million.
He headed the servicing group of ADF Phils and its affiliates managing and resolving USD 129 Million worth of corporate and retail loans both performing and distressed. He managed the sale of ROPOAs in various locations in the Philippines. He was also responsible for the management of a boutique hotel, various land acquisition, disposal, and management.
Prior to joining ADF, Mr. Sombilon headed the real estate and asset management group of GMAC Commercial Mortgage. GMAC is a US-based firm with global operations. In the Philippines, its investments include real estate development through Joint-Venture partnerships and investment in Contract-to-Sell Receivables.
Mr. Sombilon is a member of the board of trustees of the Credit Management Association of the Philippines (CMAP). He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AMA Computer College.
