Atty. Yumul has more than 2 decades of local and international experience in insolvency, restructuring, and distressed assets. She was Philippine in-house counsel of Avenue Capital Group, one of the biggest distressed debt investors in Asia, and was responsible for the acquisition, servicing, and work-out of non-performing loans with a face value of more than USD500 Million acquired from local banks.
Atty. Yumul is a deal closer having successfully closed a large number of commercial transactions including various real estate deals. She is at present a legal consultant providing legal advice on real estate acquisitions, servicing of assets, and management and work-out of Non-Performing Loans. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, College of Law.
